imgmend ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and handle your information when you use our AI image denoising service at imgmend.com.

2. Information We Collect

  • Images you upload: Photos submitted for processing are sent to our AI provider (Replicate) and deleted immediately after processing. We do not store your images.
  • Usage data: We may collect anonymous analytics such as page views, browser type, and country — never linked to your identity.
  • Payment information: If you purchase a Pro plan, payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

  • To process your images and return results to you
  • To improve service performance and reliability
  • To process payments for Pro subscriptions
  • To comply with legal obligations

4. Image Data

Your uploaded images are processed in real-time and are not permanently stored on our servers. Images are transmitted securely to Replicate's API for AI processing and are subject to Replicate's Privacy Policy. Processed images are returned to you and then discarded.

We use minimal cookies and local storage only for:

  • Remembering your language preference (EN / 中文)
  • Storing your Pro access status in session storage

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We do not retain uploaded images after processing. Anonymous usage analytics may be retained for up to 12 months. Payment records are retained as required by law.

You have the right to request deletion of any personal data we hold. Since we do not store images or personal accounts, there is typically no personal data to delete. For payment-related data, please contact us.

9. Children's Privacy

Our service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
